Registration Guidelines

• Complete the registration form providing as much information about your child as possible.
• Complete SMART Tuition Management form. There is a new tuition payment plan for school year 2007-2008. Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer or credit/debit card. If you select the credit/debit card payment option, you will be charged a credit/debit card fee. All payments will be made on the 15th of each month. Payment in full will get a 5% discount. The deadline for payment in full is April 15, 2007.
• Attach a copy of the birth and baptism certificate for each child (if available).
• Attach a check for the registration fee made out to St. Catherine of Siena Early Childhood Center. Return all forms with a check attached to the check out table.

Every effort will be made to notify you of your acceptance by letter during the week of February 19, 2007.

You will need the following forms for registration:

Application Portfolio	The application for Admission
Fee Schedule	Current Fees and Charges for our school
07-08 Calendar	The tentative school calendar for 07-08 school year
